Ordering & Sizing

Do I need to transfer the ashes myself?
No. Our memorials are specifically designed to house the standard plastic liners and bags provided by Australian crematoriums. You simply place the sealed container directly into the timber housing. For specific measurements, please see our Sizing Guide.

What size do I need for my pet?
We offer three primary internal capacities: Petite (Cats/Toy breeds), Kindred (Standard family dogs), and Grande (Giant breeds/Keepsakes). Each is engineered to accommodate the variation in ash volume safely.

Can you create a custom size?
Yes. As everything is handcrafted in our Maida Vale workshop, we can often modify internal or external dimensions for specific requirements. Please contact us to discuss your project.

Craftsmanship & Care

What finish is used on the timber?
We believe in finishes that protect the wood while letting its natural character show through. Every urn is hand-finished with Whittle Waxes Evolution Hardwax Oil for durability and topped with Gilly’s Clear Carnauba Polish for a smooth, natural lustre. These are non-toxic, high-performance artisan finishes.

How do I maintain the timber?
Timber is a living material. To keep it looking its best, simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Because we use a premium hardwax oil base, the finish is robust and moisture-resistant, but we recommend keeping the memorial away from direct sunlight or harsh heat sources.

Shipping & Lead Times

How long will my order take?
As every memorial is finished to order, please allow 7–10 business days for preparation and dispatch. This allows us time to source premium timber if required and ensures the oils and waxes have properly cured. If a specific timber is already in stock, we often dispatch sooner.

We ship Australia-wide using secure, carbon-neutral carriers. All items are fully tracked to ensure they arrive safely at your door.
