1. Precision Fit & Compatibility

Will the remains fit the vessel?

Yes. Our wooden cremation urns are specifically engineered to house standard Australian institutional liners. Whether you are using a metropolitan or regional facility, our Urn Sizing Guide provides the exact dimensions required for a precision fit.

How do you verify the crematorium liner?

To remove the burden from you, simply provide the Crematorium Name and State during checkout. We will verify the dimensions against our database of Australian standards before dispatching your order.

2. Artisan Construction

What materials are used?

We use only solid timber. Every one of our wooden cremation urns is handcrafted from premium West Australian hardwoods like Jarrah and Marri, or selected American Walnut. We believe a memorial should have the structural permanence of fine furniture, so we never use veneers or MDF.

3. Security & Delivery

How is the urn secured?

For permanent peace of mind, our Heritage Series uses a four-bolt closure system with threaded brass inserts. Our pet memorials often feature high-strength magnetic closures, allowing for a secure seal that remains accessible.

Do you provide national tracking?

Yes. We offer complimentary, tracked shipping across Australia. We follow the packaging guidelines suggested by the Australian Funeral Directors Association to ensure every piece arrives in pristine condition.
