Every Heritage Vessel is a custom-engineered commission. My reputation as a Maida Vale artisan is built on the integrity of my joinery and your total peace of mind.
1. The Fit Guarantee
We guarantee a precision internal fit for your selected regional institutional liner (e.g., Blue MCB or Grey SA/ACT). If the vessel dimensions do not meet the architectural specifications of your selected region, we will provide a 100% resolution.
2. Workmanship & Integrity
We work exclusively with substantial solid timber walls and structural pillars. If there is any defect in the joinery or structural integrity of the vessel, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Our work is built for permanence and finished for the home.
3. Natural Timber Variations
As we work exclusively with 100% solid natural timber (Jarrah, Walnut, Oak, and Marri), the grain pattern, knots, and colour depth of your vessel will be unique.
- Returns are not accepted based on natural grain variations or “character marks” in the wood.
- These features are the hallmark of authentic solid timber and distinguish our work from mass-produced veneers.
4. Returns Process
Due to the bespoke nature of these commissions and our artisan build cycle, we do not offer returns for “change of mind” once milling has commenced. If you have a concern regarding fit or workmanship:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate your 100% guarantee resolution.
- Original Packaging: To be eligible for a resolution, the vessel must be shipped back in its original double-boxed packaging to ensure the joinery and finish are protected during transit.
- We recommend retaining all packaging until you have confirmed the fit of your regional liner.
