Know your rights shopping online or in-store with us by going to ACCC’s website. As an Australian owned and operated partnership, A Cut Above Woodworking ABN 51 787 110 475 (represented below as A Cut Above) will at a minimum always conform to all applicable Australian laws. However, we will strive to provide you with service that exceeds your expectations and are left satisfied with your experience.

Credit Card Payments

The A Cut Above website uses industry-leading 256-bit credit card encryption technology and processes all credit payments using the Stripe gateway processing system. This means that your account is debited at the time of placing the order for the full order value as seen in the checkout.

If a refund needs to be performed by A Cut Above for an online order, this will either be processed directly through Stripe’s online portal or we will perform a direct deposit to your nominated bank account. At no time does A Cut Above receive the full credit card details for your online purchases.

If you order over the phone, A Cut Above enter your credit card details directly into our processing system where the payment will be processed immediately and no credit card details will be kept on file. If we need to perform a refund for a phone order, we will contact you at the time of processing the refund and enter your credit card details immediately so that we do not to store your card details.

Shipping & delivery

Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

A Cut Above uses Australia Post’s eParcel shipping platform. All packages are trackable and when you provide your email address and mobile number to us, we will load these into the eParcel system so you will receive regular updates on the status of your delivery as it is being shipped to you.

Of course, you can choose to have your delivery sent to Australia Post PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers etc.

The maximum package length that can be sent through Australia Post is 105cm and the maximum weight is 22kg. Anything over these dimensions will automatically have to be sent via Parcel Shipping.

For tracking of your package, enter the tracking number you have received from us by clicking here and entering the number in the Track and Item field

Returns

If you change your mind and no longer wish to own any product that has been bought from A Cut Above, the goods may be returned within three months from date of purchase. You are responsible for the cost return freight and please ensure you clearly mark your name and contact details. The item must not be used and be returned in its original packaging to get a full refund of the value of goods. Please ensure that it is packed so that it is not damaged in transit.

Items returned which have been used and/or are not in the original packaging and cannot be re-sold as new will not be accepted. Once we have received the product from you, we will issue you with a credit on your account or a full refund. The choice is yours.
